Within a short period of two and a half years, it has efficiently solved the problems left over from history, continuously capitalized on the pioneering advantages of mixed reform, achieved high-quality and high-speed development and remarkable results in building itself into a model enterprise, of which Beijing Energy Holding is pretty much proud of. The relevant departments and offices of Beijing Energy Holding should provide coordination and help while studying and solving the relevant issues and fully support the high-quality and rapid development of Beijing Energy International. He pointed out the following recommendations on management:
Firstly, it is necessary to continuously give full play to the advantages of the system and mechanism. Continue to strengthen confidence, go all out and take multiple measures simultaneously, speed up the layout of new energy industry, continue to lead in the industrial development, and contribute to the realization of the goals of 14th Five-Year Plan of Beijing Energy Holding.
Secondly, continue to fully utilize the synergy of the multi-industrial chains of Beijing Energy Holding. Efficiently apply the characteristics and resources of its multi-industry development, strengthen industrial synergy, and practice the innovative integration of new energy and industry model.
Thirdly, continuously optimize the construction of management system. Pay close attention to tiered responsibility, focus on system improvement, process optimization, and strengthen digital intelligent management.
Fourthly, continue to strengthen compliance management and strictly manage enterprises. Constantly strengthen the awareness of compliance and embed risk control in all aspects of business.
