Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International Went to the Southwest Regional Company for a Field Visit

On the morning of March 4, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, and his colleagues went to the Southwest Regional Company for a field visit and held a meeting. Vice President Huang Hui and General Manager Liu Jiguang of the Business Planning Department accompanied Mr. Zhang Ping. Lei Muchuan, General Manager of the Southwest Regional Company, and related personnel attended the meeting.




At the meeting Mr. Zhang Ping listened to the work reports of the Southwest Regional Company. The participants conducted in-depth discussions on issues such as the development of Southwest Regional Company based on their respective fields. Regarding the Southwest Regional Company’s work in the next stage, Zhang Ping emphasized the following requirements: First, efforts should be made to highlight the development characteristics of the southwest region, rely on the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and the development of central cities such as Chengdu and Chongqing, to actively expand new high-tech business formats such as integrated smart energy, hydrogen energy, stored energy, etc.; second, efforts should be made to actively develop distributed projects based on the specific conditions of new energy development in the southwest region so as to put in place a batch of projects as soon as possible; third, efforts should be made to keep an eye on project resources. Although the Southwest Regional Company is small, it has huge potential for further development. So efforts should be made to continue to follow up project development and acquisitions to ensure breakthroughs in installed capacity; fourth, efforts should be made to build an outstanding team with strong sense of responsibility, and encourage employees in the southwest region to be united and forge ahead and seek common progress together with the company. The headquarters will also increase its support for the Southwest Regional Company in incremental development.
