BJ ENERGY INTL Held Talks and Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Linyang Energy

On February 28, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International, met with Lu Yonghua, chairman of Linyang Energy Co., Ltd. in Qidong, Jiangsu Province, and the two sides exchanged on in-depth cooperation in the new energy field and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.




Prior to the meeting, Zhang Ping and visited Linyang’s solar energy workshop, energy equipment manufacturing workshop and energy exhibition hall in Nantong City, made a detailed inspection of its high-efficiency N-type TOPCon solar cell production line and smart energy storage pack production line, and gained a deeper understanding of its corporate culture and management concept.




At the meeting, the two sides introduced their respective business development and future planning and agreed that the two companies enjoy rich experience and unique advantages in their respective fields and are highly aligned on the concept of green and high-quality development and have broad cooperation space. It is hoped that this meeting will serve as an opportunity to continuously strengthen their strategic partnership, expand the depth and breadth of cooperation, to facilitate the attainment of the dual carbon goals at an early date.




Finally, the two parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement, according to which, the two sides will give full play to their respective advantages, carry out all-round, long-term strategic cooperation in the fields of new energy and energy storage at home and abroad, so as to build a win-win and sustainable strategic partnership.

Zhou Hui and Shi Weibing, vice presidents of Linyang Energy, and Yuan Hairong, general manager of Linyang Nanjing Asset Operation Center; Jia Geng, vice president of Beijing Energy International, An Xiaoxuan, director of the Company Office, Xue Manyu, general manager of the Strategic Investment Department, Du Wenyuan, general manager of East China Branch Company and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.
