BJ ENERGY INTL Held Discussions and Signed A Strategic Cooperation Agreements with Haitai Solar
On March 5, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Beijing Energy International, along with his entourage, visited Wang Yong, chairman of Tangshan Haitai Solar in Tangshan City, Hebei Province. They held discussions and signed a strategic cooperation agreement to deepen cooperation on green energy.
During the meeting, both parties introduced their respective backgrounds, business layouts, and development plans. They acknowledged that the two companies have rich experience and unique advantages in their respective fields. In particular, they found high compatibility in their development strategies for clean energy and green hydrogen business, indicating vast opportunities for cooperation. They hoped that this meeting would serve as an opportunity to identify cooperation entry points and strengthen partnership, and mutually contribute to achieving the country’s dual carbon goals.
Finally, they signed a strategic cooperation agreement according to which both parties will fully leverage their respective strengths to carry out comprehensive and pragmatic cooperation in areas such as pure hydrogen pipeline network planning and construction, regional photovoltaic project development, and integrated smart energy project development. This agreement aims to create a sustainable strategic partnership for development.
Attendees at the meeting included Xuan Hongwei, Xin Tianxiang, Zheng Fangyuan, Hou Peng, and Meng Yong, deputy general managers of Haitai Solar, and Bai Tianming, general manager of the Hydrogen Energy Division. From Beijing Energy International, vice president Jia Geng, vice president Wu Chaoke, and general manager Xue Manyu of the Strategic Investment Department, and other relevant personnel participated in the meeting.
