BJ ENERGY INTL Held Talks and Signed an Investment Framework Agreement with Jianli City Government, CNPGC(Jilin) and NEWSOARA

On March 5, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Beijing Energy International, met with a delegation in Beijing including Nie Liangping, deputy secretary and mayor of Jianli, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, Zhang Tiejun, chairman of China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation Shangpin Pharmaceutical Technology (Jilin) Co., Ltd. (CNPGC(Jilin)), and Guo Lili, director of the General Affairs at NEWSOARA. The meeting focused on deepening cooperation in the fields of green energy and biopharmaceuticals. 




During the meeting, each party introduced their respective business areas and industrial layouts. They agreed that the Jianli City Government, Beijing Energy International, CNPGC (Jilin), and NEWSOARA are highly aligned on the concept of green and high-quality development. They also acknowledged that each party possesses unique advantages in resources, technology and talent pool in their respective fields, providing a solid foundation for multi-area and multi-level cooperation. In the future, the parties will strengthen communication, consolidate consensus and pool their strengths, focus on new energy project development and construction, and the biopharmaceutical industry, actively expanding the depth and breadth of cooperation. Together, they will promote the implementation and landing of cooperative projects and supporting industries, making greater contributions to local economic development.




Finally, the four parties signed an investment framework agreement. According to the agreement, each party will fully leverage its respective strengths to carry out comprehensive and pragmatic cooperation in fields such as new energy project development and the biopharmaceutical industry, creating a sustainable strategic partnership.

Attendees included Liu Junjun, deputy mayor of Jianli City, Jin Hui, member of the Government Party Group and director of Government Office, He Bin, deputy director of Government Office, and Dong Shican, secretary of the Investment Promotion Service Center. From Beijing Energy International, attendees included Jia Geng, vice president, Xue Manyu, general manager of the Strategic Investment Department, and Du Wenyuan, general manager of East China Branch Company, among others.
