On September 30, 2021, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International Holdings Co., Ltd., and Zhu Jun, President of Beijing Energy International, met with Yu Liangwei, Vice President of Sany Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Sany Marketing Company in Beijing. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on cooperation in wind power project development and domestic and overseas investment. Liu Yu, Director of CEO Office of Sany Renewable Energy, General Manager of International Company, Deng Gang, Deputy General Manager of Sany Marketing Company; Zhu Jun, President of Beijing Energy International, Wang Liuhu, Vice President, Zhao Li, Investment Director, Guo Liang, General Manager of Overseas Business Department and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Zhang Ping welcomed Yu Liangwei and his delegation, and introduced the company and its overseas investment plans. He said that Sany Renewable Energy had rich practical experience in wind turbine R&D and manufacturing, wind farm development and operation, overseas project development, etc., and that the industrial strategy and development concept of both parties were highly consistent. He hoped that both parties would further strengthen their alignment, launch domestic and overseas cooperation projects as the starting point, forge a strategic partnership in all directions, further seize the market opportunities, and collectively achieve a win-win outcome.

Zhu Jun introduced the recent project development of Beijing Energy International and proposed that the two sides could discuss the cooperation mode of resource industry in a more specific way, synergize their respective advantages, increase the development of key deployment areas, and jointly enhance the depth and breadth of cooperation.

Yu Liangwei introduced the company, its business advantages and future development plan. He said that Beijing Energy International was an industry champion well known for its rapid development and good reputation with flexible mechanism. Both sides had a high degree of consensus on investment philosophy and development of new energy and hoped to establish a long-term cooperative relationship and innovate in new energy projects at home and abroad, so as to contribute to the dual carbon goal.
