On February 1, 2023, Sui Xiaofeng, vice president of Beijing Energy Holding Co., Ltd., Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International and Zhu Jun, president of Beijing Energy International met with Xiao Jun, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Sichuan Tieneng Power Development Co., Ltd. in Beijing, and the two sides exchanged on the in-depth cooperation of hydropower.

During the meeting, the two sides introduced their respective business fields and conducted in-depth discussions on the cooperation of hydropower resources in Sichuan and Tibet. The two sides agree that Sichuan Tieneng Power Development and Beijing Energy International are specialized and experienced leaders in their respective fields, and both have achieved remarkable results and sound reputation. They are highly aligned on the concept of low-carbon development and enjoy a broad space of cooperation. In the future, the two sides will share development opportunities, build a comprehensive strategic partnership and an efficient communication mechanism, set up special working group and focus on in-depth cooperation in clean energy to realize resource sharing and win-win cooperation, speed up the implementation of projects, jointly promote the green and low-carbon transformation and development of the energy sector and contribute to the early realization of the state dual carbon goal.
