On February 16, 2023, Jia Geng, vice president of Beijing Energy International, met with Pu Jing, deputy secretary of the County Party Committee and county magistrate of Xundian Hui and Yi Autonomous County, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, and the two sides exchanged on new energy cooperation.

During the meeting, Jia Geng welcomed Pu Jing and introduced the basic situation and development plan of Beijing Energy International. He said that the two sides have established mutual trust and efficient communication and coordination mechanism to promote project cooperation. Going forward, it will continue to explore investment ideas and expediate the landing of projects in light of local development needs and energy structure. It is committed to the all-round development of regional energy industries and delivering both social and economic benefits.

Pu Jing thanked Beijing Energy International for its strong support for the development of new energy in Xundian County, and introduced the basic situation, industrial status and development goals of the county. He said that the county has abundant wind and solar resources and unique development advantages. It is hoped that the two sides will deepen diversified cooperation in energy and achieve more fruitful results. The County Government will provide all-round support and service guarantee to better use their complementary advantages and create win-win cooperation.
