On March 24, 2023, Beijing Energy International and AVIC Fund Management Co., Ltd. held the handover ceremony of AVIC Jingneng Photovoltaic REIT in Beijing. Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International, conducted the handover with Liu Jian, president of AVIC Fund Management Co., Ltd.

Zhu Yuanwei, president of Shanghai Ruisi Real Estate Finance Research Institute, Bai Tianxue, deputy secretary-general of China REITs Forum, Jin Xin, vice president of Beijing Energy International, Wang Yang, chief financial officer, and all intermediaries of this project attended the ceremony.

During the ceremony, both parties agree that the AVIC Jingneng Photovoltaic REIT project has witnessed over 600 days of unremitting efforts since it kicked off. In the process of project promotion, the project team has jointly overcome many difficulties and challenges and managed to make it the “first batch of new energy public offering REITs in China”. It is hoped that Beijing Energy International will continue to lead the domestic public offering REITs market and achieve new success in the enlargement of fund raising and hydropower REITs.
