On April 24, 2023, Beijing Energy International successfully completed the registration of the Duoyuan Global 5.5MW distributed photovoltaic project in Daxing District, Beijing, which has laid a key cornerstone for the layout of new energy and integrated energy business of the company in Beijing.

The project is located in Anding Town, Daxing District, Beijing. The total installed capacity of phase-I is about 5.5MW. It supplies electricity for self-use, with the surplus connecting to the grid. The construction is expected to kick off in August 2023 and be connected to power grid at the end of the year. After it is put into operation, it can produce about 5.81 million kWh of green electricity every year, saving 1,783 tons of standard coal and reducing about 5,576 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, delivering good economic, social and environmental benefits and promoting the green and low-carbon transformation and development of energy in the capital city.
