Firstly, focus on the risk prevention and control of project expansion to ensure that the project development can stand the post-evaluation. In particular, the expansion of overseas projects and new business projects should focus on the impact of policy changes and market demand changes on projects, and effectively control the risks of project expansion. Secondly, continue to reduce the hierarchical pressure arising from property rights, make overall planning and reasonable arrangements according to the objectives of hierarchical pressure reduction, and make good preparations for the exit issue in an orderly manner. Thirdly, strictly implement Beijing Energy Holding’s transparent procurement requirements, refine the bidding procurement standards, improve the procurement process, and lay a solid foundation for transparent procurement. Fourthly, fully promote the bundling bidding and procurement of projects, give full play to the scale benefits of bundling bidding and procurement, improve procurement efficiency and reduce procurement costs.
