On July 24, 2023, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International, met Liu Lin, deputy general manager of the Investment Banking Department of Bank of China (BOC) in Beijing. The two sides exchanged on financial business cooperation in clean energy. Wang Ning, deputy general manager of the Corporate Finance Department of BOC Beijing Branch, and Zhang Xu, deputy general manager of the Investment Banking and Asset Management Department; Huang Hui, vice president of Beijing Energy International, Wang Yang, chief financial officer and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the two sides introduced their respective business fields and industrial layout, and agreed that they have established a strategic partnership, and there is a strong complementarity and broad space for cooperation in business development. Going forward, bilateral cooperation will be deepened through integrating Beijing Energy International’s domestic and foreign investment and construction projects with the strong financial network and products of BOC, as well as in the field of finance business for clean energy, so that both sides’ advantages can be fully leveraged to jointly explore and achieve in-depth and high-quality development.
