On October 25, 2023, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International, met Zhou Fugui, chairman of Sany Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. in Beijing. The two sides exchanged on in-depth cooperation on new energy and energy storage at home and abroad.

At the meeting, Zhang Ping welcomed Zhou Fugui and his delegation, and introduced the development status of Beijing Energy International in various fields and investment in wind power projects at home and abroad. He said that Sany Renewable Energy has rich practical experience in wind turbine R&D and manufacturing, domestic and foreign project development, etc. The industrial layout and development concepts of the two sides are highly convergent, and the cooperation foundation is promising and broad. It is hoped that on the basis of sound communication previously, the two sides will strengthen exchanges, innovate cooperation modes, continue to strengthen the depth and breadth of cooperation in new energy projects, hydrogen production from green electricity, energy storage and the construction of computing centers at home and abroad, and jointly promote high-quality development and win-win outcome, so as to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of energy sector.

Zhou Fugui introduced the recent construction of new energy base and the development of wind power projects, the technical reserves and business advantages of turbines and blades, and the development cooperation opportunities of wind power projects at home and abroad. He praised that Beijing Energy International has enjoyed outstanding expertise, flexible mechanism and strong development momentum. The two sides are highly aligned on investment concepts and new energy development. It is hoped that they will maintain a long-term friendly strategic partnership, focus on investment and construction of new energy projects at home and abroad, energy storage, fully leverage their respective advantages to enhance and expand cooperation for mutual benefits.
