BJ ENERGY INTL’s Zhuolang 100MW Wind Power Project in Qian’an County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province Was Approved
Recently, Beijing Energy International’s Zhuolang 100MW Wind Power Project in Qian’an County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, has been approved. This marks another milestone for the company in the development of new energy projects in Jilin Province, contributing to the establishment of a cluster of clean energy bases in the western part of the province.
The project has a total installed capacity of 100MW. The selected site for the project boasts rich wind resources, with an estimated annual production of 300 million kWh of green electricity after launched into operation. This will save about 96,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 300,000 tons annually. It will further optimize the local energy structure, promote local economic development, inject green energy into the local economy, and contribute to the early realization of the dual carbon goals in Jilin.
