On July 8, Bao Gang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Inner Mongolia Party Committee and Secretary of the Hohhot Municipal Party Committee, along with He Haidong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, met with Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Beijing Energy International, Yang Yougui, Senior Vice President of Huawei, and Shao Danwei, Chairman of Wanbang Digital Energy Co., Ltd.

During the meeting, all parties expressed their intention to consolidate existing cooperation, leverage their respective advantages, and further strengthen practical cooperation in industries such as green computing power and clean energy. They aim to expand application scenarios and jointly promote the high-quality economic development of Hohhot.
