Beijing Shunyi HNA Base 0.6MW Distributed PV Project of BJ ENERGY INTL Connected to the Grid
Time:2025-01-08

On January 7, Beijing Energy International’s 0.6MW distributed photovoltaic project at the HNA Base in Shunyi District, Beijing, was successfully connected to the grid. This project is the first distributed PV project built on airport facilities by the company and represents a significant achievement in advancing the green energy transition in the Beijing.

Located within the HNA Living Base at No. 17 Fuqian Street, Shunyi District, the current phase has a total installed capacity of 0.6MW, connected to the nearby 400V outdoor transformer in the park and operating under a “self-consumption with surplus electricity fed to the grid” mode. Once operational, it is expected to generate an average of approximately 675,100 kWh of green electricity annually. This is equivalent to saving approximately 216.017 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 561.643 tons annually. The project will further promote energy transition and economic development in the capital city.
