On September 14, 2023, Beijing Energy International won the contract of 215MW wind power project in Dongmajuan Town and Chengguan Town, Wuqing District, Tianjin. This is yet another achievement after the company won the contract of Baodi District of Tianjin this year, marking another breakthrough for the company to promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Region.

This project is located in Chengguan Town and Dongmajuan Town, Wuqing District, Tianjin, with a total planned installed capacity of 215MW. After it is launched into operation, it is estimated to produce about 516 million kWh of clean and green electric energy every year, equivalent to saving about 155,800 tons of standard coal and reducing about 452,500 tons of carbon dioxide. It will help optimize local energy structure and promote local economic development and create a new chapter for the green development of the district.
