On February 20, chairman Zhang Ping and president Zhu Jun of Beijing Energy International, met with Zou Shengping, party secretary and chairman of PowerChina Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Wang Bufeng, chairman of Shandong Golden Sun Energy Group, and Jin Jinfeng, board director and CEO of Guorun Energy in Beijing. All parties exchanged on in-depth cooperation in the field of new energy.

At the meeting, all parties introduced their respective business fields and industrial layout and agreed that the four companies are highly aligned on the concept of green and high-quality development, enjoy rich experience and unique advantages in their respective fields, have strong complementarities in the fields of new energy investment, development and construction, as well as a solid cooperation foundation and broad cooperation space. Going forward, they will strengthen exchanges, fully use their respective advantages in resources, technology and talented pool, and carry out all-round and diversified cooperation on the development and construction of new energy projects at home and abroad for mutual benefit and common development. 

After the meeting, the four parties signed a cooperation agreement according to which, comprehensive cooperation in developing and building new energy and energy storage projects at home and aboard will be carried out in accordance with the principles of “strong synergy, resource sharing, equal cooperation, complementarity of advantages, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation”.
