On March 18, chairman Zhang Ping and president Zhu Jun of Beijing Energy International, met with Guan Haitao, secretary of the Lanxi County Committee of Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, along with his delegation in Beijing, to discuss deepening cooperation in the field of new energy.

During the meeting, both sides reached consensus on advancing new energy projects and extensively exchanged views on industrial layout and future plans. They agreed that Beijing Energy International and the Lanxi County Committee and Government share a high degree of alignment in the development philosophy of green energy, and their previous cooperation has been efficient, friendly and mutually beneficial. Moving forward, both parties will deepen communication mechanisms, continue to strengthen practical and in-depth cooperation in the development and construction of new energy, complement each other’s strengths, and mutually benefit each other. They will properly advance the implementation of cooperative projects, promote the landing of industrial projects, jointly promote the upgrade of local new energy industry, and contribute to both social and economic benefits in the region, thereby contributing to the country’s green and low-carbon energy transformation and development. 

Attendees from Lanxi County included deputy secretary Pang Yanpeng, deputy county magistrate Han Dong, director of the Economic Development Zone Committee Tian Guolin, and secretary of the Yulin Town Party Committee and manager of the Urban Investment Company Yang Liu. Attendees from Beijing Energy International included vice president Wu Chaoke, chief engineer Fan Liyun, and general manager of the Northeast Branch Company He Kun, among others.
