On September 10, Liu Guoxi, Party Secretary of Beijing Energy International, met with Wang Ziqiang, Acting Deputy Secretary of the Yishui County Party Committee of Linyi City, Shandong, in Beijing. The two sides held discussions on in-depth cooperation in the field of new energy. 

During the meeting, both parties introduced their respective industrial layouts and future plans. They agreed that the county has excellent wind and solar conditions, distinct locational advantages, and a favorable investment environment. Beijing Energy International, known for its flexible and efficient mechanisms and strong growth momentum, shares a highly consistent development philosophy in the green energy sector with the county, creating ample room for cooperation. Moving forward, both parties will continue to deepen mutual trust and use this meeting as an opportunity to focus on exploring cooperation opportunities in new energy and other fields. The goal is to achieve mutual benefit and win-win development while promoting the innovative cooperation model of building zero-carbon green electricity demonstration projects on the front lines of rural revitalization, contributing to the early realization of Shandong’s dual carbon goals.

Other participants in the meeting included Song Xingxiu, Deputy Director of the Fourth Division of Performance Evaluation at the Shandong Provincial Fiscal Performance Evaluation Center and Seconded First Secretary of the Shandong in Yishui County; Ma Yan, Chairman of Shandong Aerospace Port Investment Development Company; and Zhou Guo, General Manager of Beijing Energy Sembcorp.
