On March 6, Huang Hui, Vice President of Beijing Energy International, held talks in Beijing with Liu Wei, Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Finance and Investment Banking Department and Investment Banking Center at the Head Office of Bank of China, and Yin Tiezheng, Vice President of the Jilin Branch of Bank of China. 

During the meeting, both parties introduced their respective business areas and industry layouts. In-depth discussions were conducted on topics such as direct financing, cross-border cash pooling, and financial cooperation for large-scale energy base projects. Both sides agreed that the two companies share a solid foundation for business collaboration, and the meeting has laid the groundwork for further deepening the partnership, promoting mutual benefit and win-win outcomes at a higher level.

Also attending the meeting were Zhang Bo, General Manager of the Investment Banking and Asset Management Department of Bank of China Beijing Branch; General Manager Luo Zheng and Deputy General Manager Wang Ning of the Corporate Finance Department; and Wang Yang, Chief Financial Officer of Beijing Energy International, along with other relevant personnel.
