To deepen understanding of the “Notice on Advancing Market-Based Reform of On-grid Tariffs for New Energy and Promoting Its High-Quality Development” (Document No. [2025] 136 issued by the NDRC), enhance employees’ awareness of the new dynamics in the power market, and explore innovative investment, operation and development models for new energy enterprises entering the market, Beijing Energy International held a special training session on March 11 titled: “The Urgent Need for High-Quality Investment, Operation and Development Models for New Energy Enterprises Entering the Market.” 

The training session featured Professor Zeng Ming from North China Electric Power University, who delivered an insightful lecture on key topics including policy interpretation, analysis of the new energy market landscape, and recommendations for the high-quality development of new energy enterprises. Drawing on his academic expertise, Professor Zeng presented complex concepts with clarity and depth, making the content both accessible and engaging. The session was rich in content and highly appreciated by the participants. 

The event provided headquarters departments, branches and subsidiaries with a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the policy’s implications for the development of new energy enterprises. It is expected to play a critical role in guiding future project development and electricity sales. More than 240 participants from various departments, branches and subsidiaries attended the session both online and offline.
