At the just-concluded 2024 National Enterprise Management Innovation Exchange Conference, the innovative achievement of “Construction and Implementation of Compliance Management System for Overseas Listed Companies” by Beijing Energy International stood out among 826 entries in the evaluation organized by the China Enterprise Confederation. It won the second prize for national-level modern management achievements, surpassing others with its scientific, innovative, technological, and comprehensive aspects. This achievement is also the only one at the national level within the Beijing Energy Holding system. 

Since its establishment, the company’s compliance management has adhered to the principles of standardization, efficiency, integration, and innovation. It continuously innovates the construction of compliance mechanisms, promotes integrated management, and organically integrates standardization, internal control, risk, and compliance. It has been a pioneer in integrating compliance management into standards and processes. By carefully summarizing and refining the experience and achievements of compliance management, it has received high recognition from expert reviewers in annual compliance management effectiveness evaluations. In the future, it will continue to promote the effective implementation of compliance management, constrain behavior with standards, prevent risks with internal controls, enhance management with compliance, and promote the comprehensive implementation of substantive compliance to provide guarantees for the prevention and control of various risks.
