On May 10, the 0.4MW distributed photovoltaic project in the China Railway Rental Housing in Huangcun Town, Daxing District, Beijing, was successfully connected to power grid and began generating electricity. This project is the first distributed photovoltaic project of the company built on the roofs of closed residential communities, setting a model for cooperation with residential development enterprises.
Located on the roof flower racks of buildings No.1 to No.16 in the China Railway Rental Housing residential compound in Huangcun Town, Daxing District, Beijing, the project has a capacity of 0.4MW and operates under “self-use with excess electricity uploading to the grid” mode. Once operational, it is expected to annually produce approximately 400,000 kWh of green electricity, equivalent to saving about 126.95 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 333.97 tons per year. The investment and construction of this project have sound synergistic benefits, promoting follow-up cooperation with China Railway Group. While enhancing corporate profits, it will further enhance the company’s impact.
