On March 14, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Beijing Energy International, and his delegation visited Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, to meet with Cao Zhi’an, Chairman and Party Secretary of Harbin Electric Corporation (HEC). The two parties held discussions on deepening cooperation in the field of new energy. 

Before the meeting, Zhang Ping and his delegation visited the branch factory of Harbin Electric Machinery Company and the exhibition hall of HEC, gaining an in-depth appreciation of the its development history and corporate culture. 

During the meeting, Cao Zhi’an extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation and provided an overview of HEC’s core business areas and future development plans. He highlighted that HEC, as China’s earliest established power generation equipment research and manufacturing base, has consistently aligned with national strategies, focusing on technological advancement, product quality, and customer service. The company continues to promote high-end, intelligent, and green industrial development. With a solid foundation for cooperation between the two parties, Cao expressed his hope to further strengthen communication and collaboration in areas such as new project development, project upgrades, technological innovation, and international business, jointly driving high-quality growth in the energy sector.

Zhang Ping expressed gratitude to HEC for its long-standing support of Beijing Energy International and congratulated the company on its remarkable achievements. He noted that Heilongjiang is a key region for Beijing Energy International’s new energy initiatives, and significant progress has already been made. As a strategic partner, HEC shares a strong cooperative foundation with Beijing Energy International. Zhang conveyed his hope to deepen collaboration in project construction, technological innovation, and overseas business expansion, accelerate project implementation, and work together to contribute to national energy security.
